Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TLS Radar monitoring platform and related services (“Service”) provided by TLS Radar. By registering for or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
1. Description of Service
TLS Radar provides real-time monitoring of TLS certificates and website uptime, offering notifications via email and dashboard alerts, as well as collaboration features for teams. The Service is offered in both free and paid subscription tiers, with varying functionality, usage quotas, and team capacities.
2. Account Registration and Security
To access the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address and password or by using supported third-party authentication providers (e.g., Google, Microsoft, GitHub). You acknowledge and agree that your account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.
The Service supports team accounts allowing multiple users to collaborate under a single organizational umbrella; however, each user must maintain an individual account.
3. User Data and Privacy
TLS Radar collects personal information including, but not limited to, your email address, monitored domain names, IP addresses, and optional profile information such as first and last names and third-party social login data. The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which you are encouraged to review prior to using the Service.
4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments
The Service offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans afford access to additional features, increased usage quotas, and team collaboration capacity. All payments are processed securely via Stripe in United States Dollars (USD).
Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. You may cancel at any time in accordance with the cancellation procedures provided in the Service. Refunds, trials, discounts, and prorated cancellations are handled in accordance with Stripe’s policies and TLS Radar’s discretion.
5. Permitted Use and Restrictions
You agree to use the Service solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction and where TLS Radar operates. While TLS Radar imposes no explicit technical restrictions on monitoring or scanning domains, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and authorizations to monitor any domains or infrastructure added to your account.
Usage limits and quotas are defined by your selected subscription plan and may be updated at TLS Radar’s sole discretion.
6. Service Availability and Maintenance
TLS Radar endeavors to provide continuous and reliable monitoring services; however, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. TLS Radar does not warrant uninterrupted service and disclaims liability for any temporary service outages, maintenance windows, or technical failures.
7. Account Termination and Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through the account deletion process. Following such request, TLS Radar will delete your personal data within thirty (30) calendar days.
TLS Radar reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in unlawful or abusive conduct.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TLS RADAR DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF MONITORING DATA OR ALERTS, AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY MISSED ALERTS OR SERVICE DOWNTIME.
IN NO EVENT SHALL TLS RADAR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, REPUTATION, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
10. Amendments to Terms
TLS Radar reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the website. Your continued use of the Service following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. TLS Radar may, at its sole discretion, send email notifications regarding material changes but is not obligated to do so.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and TLS Radar regarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
